I'm a devoted Christ follower, and my faith is the compass for how I live, lead, and coach — grounded in discipline, humility, and showing up with integrity every single day.

I believe a healthy life starts with a grateful heart... even if that heart needs a little extra prayer (and a lot of caffeine) to get moving in the morning.

I'm not here to sell you perfection — because I'm a work in progress myself. One who firmly believes tacos deserve their own food group.

What I am here for? To help you stop overthinking food and start treating your body like the gift it actually is — no guilt trips, no perfection no obsession, no overwhelm. Just practical tools and a whole lot of encouragement so you can show up as the person God designed you to be.
